The rooms are spacious, cozy, and peaceful, the breakfast is delicious and contemporary, and it is conveniently situated near charming local eateries and lively tapas bars in Spain.

Everything was very good, so were great views to the cathedral. Our family room was new-fashioned, with a comfy bed.

The location was great and handy for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of a Roman Catholic cathedral. Truly enjoyed hanging out in the center, which is a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Were on the eighth floor and had a great view. It was all clean and tidy.

Because we were too early, we put our luggage down. Great support. When I asked later, suddenly there was no reservation???

The staff was extremely friendly. Just a operator. The rooms tasted fresh. You don't get that much.

This place is modern and relaxing, offering reasonably spacious units with a fabulous mountain view.

The best thing about this hotel in a big city is having a swimming pool. The rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. It's located about 15 mins walk from the cathedral in the old town. Breakfast buffet is decent, with a good selection of food. Despite a few rude people working there, I would stay here again and recommed it. The airport bus is about 10 mins walk, train station about 15-20 mins walk. There is a bus outside that goes to the bus station too.

We found the lady on recepition extremely rude (begrudgingly answering questions between talking in her cell phone) and the young girl at the pool was no better (when a simple request was made for a towel). They could both do with a lesson in manners! Another thing to mention is that the price of breakfast seems to fluctuate on a daily basis.... If you book in advance it's €9, but on the day it's €13, then we found a day later it was a promotion for €7!

Missing street number in the address leads to confusion

This hotel is conveniently situated close to historical monuments, the city center, and the Catedral of Santiago.

The hotel was relaxing and clean with great views to the cathedral. The room was airy, it was new-fashioned and the beds were comfy. The location was particularly good, just a short walk away from a Roman Catholic cathedral. The restaurant was nice and the food was delightful.

Stayed for two days in July but pool was closed for cleaning.
